Working Towards Exposure

If I can build up some interest by gaining commissions to do small projects I can slowly build up experience and clients.
My tattooer who I've been going to for 5+ years, now more of friends, has given some opportunities to help him with a banner and flyer for his booth spot at a local tattoo event. This is exciting, also a little worrisome. I want to do a good job and worry some of my skills may be limited. But that's self defeating. I can do it. It may not be perfect but will serve its purpose. Who knows what may come along and what opportunities may arise.
