Mixergy Interviews
(podcast)
- #1147 How does Tim Ferriss achieve so much when he has all these inner doubts?
- When I interviewed Tim Ferriss at a live Mixergy event in San Francisco, I expected to have to warm him up with some easy questions before asking him to talk about his inner doubts, but he just went for it. Why did he admit so much in front of a live audience? How can he do all the things he did in his new show, The Tim Ferriss Experiment, despite his doubts? And, more importantly, how can you break through your inner critic? Catch this interview and see for yourself. Timothy Ferriss is the author of The 4-Hour Body, an uncommon guide to rapid fat-loss, incredible sex, and becoming superhuman. His previous book, The 4-Hour Workweek, was a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and BusinessWeek bestseller

Thoughts on Podcast
Really good lots of helpful information. Really shows that people that seem to be at the top are the same as anyone else. It comes down to self management, and there are tools out there for you to gain insight. Nothing is impossible if you treat it like an experiment, giving it a couple weeks, seeing if its really worth your time and interest. It made me feel like I'm on the right track, I could be better at implementation, but am learning more and more about the ways to better myself. There were a lot of good tidbits to take away and definitely deserves another listen to soak up more.
